Shipping Policy

We are currently using DTDC, Delhivery and India Post for shipping all the orders.

Shipping is done within 1-2 working days. If delayed you will be informed.

Delivery will take 2-7 working days depending on location.

 

Damaged or Lost in transit

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in forward or return shipment. No refund or replacement will be offered. However, we will make sure nothing like this happens.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

Conditions for Returns

Goods once purchased cannot be returned unless there is any manufacturing defect. And manufacturer agrees to replace that. Though we do thorough checking before shipping to make sure there is no manufacturing defect.

If items get damage in transit we can issue partial refund or replacement provided receiver must have evidence of the same ( Video while unboxing)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

Returning Goods
